This position is responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts in the Cleveland and surrounding areas for 360care. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with long-term care facilities, driving revenue growth through effective sales practices and processes, and ensuring solid and sustainable business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a sales representative in the defined area, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers within designated regions.
  • Successfully execute sales activities, provide accurate and timely reporting, and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Identify and pursue up-sell opportunities, and assist with any potential business opportunities.
  • Assist clients with completion of enrollment forms as needed, and proactively contact sales leads to maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Ensure client satisfaction is met and maintained, and conduct business in a professional, ethical, and honest manner at all times.
  • Follow up to ensure prospective clients have received marketing materials, and answer any questions from prospects in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that the activities of operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall company protocol and are in compliance with Federal, State, and payer regulations, guidelines, and requirements.
  • Actively support and comply with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting of suspected violations of law and company policy.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information, abide by HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times, and react positively to change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in a related field preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • 3 years healthcare sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and computer skills.
  • Sensitive to deadlines and completed reporting in a timely manner.
  • Must be goal-oriented, sensitive to deadlines, and have a passion to help others.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to problem-solve and multitask.
  • Must have own transportation, good driving record, and auto insurance.
