Revenue Management Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to oversee revenue management activities and managers within their area of purview. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of maximizing revenue and profit.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and report revenue management data to identify trends, future needs, and obstacles to achieving goals.
- Develop and recommend sales strategies for pricing of transient, wholesale, and group segments.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and effectively communicate sales strategies and pricing to key stakeholders.
- Act as primary contact and maintain productive relationships with hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees, and owners.
- Develop and manage internal key stakeholder relationships.
- Provide targeted and timely communication of results, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years of experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing, or related professional area.
- 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance, and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
- Inform and/or update executives, peers, and subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
- Enter, transcribe, record, store, or maintain information in written or electronic form.
- Work with other people to gather information necessary to manage projects, achieve goals, and resolve problems.
- Demonstrate knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.
- Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Marriott International offers a competitive salary range of $96,038 to $179,270 annually, with an annual bonus opportunity. Additionally, employees will accrue PTO balance for every hour worked and be eligible to receive a minimum of 7 holidays annually.
