Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Anova. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in outside sales, sales leadership, and account management
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
