The Role

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for presenting our apartments and amenities to prospective tenants, building rapport with current and prospective tenants, and ensuring that our property is maintained effectively.

You will also be responsible for preparing and executing lease agreements, maintaining apartment availability records, and monitoring the use of community facilities.

Additionally, you will be required to screen prospective tenants, oversee the orientation of new tenants, and assist with office and clerical tasks.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Presenting apartments and amenities to prospective tenants
  2. Building rapport with current and prospective tenants
  3. Preparing and executing lease agreements
  4. Maintaining apartment availability records
  5. Monitoring the use of community facilities
  6. Screening prospective tenants
  7. Overseeing the orientation of new tenants
  8. Assisting with office and clerical tasks
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative work, and experience with YARDI and CRM.

You should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, the ability to multitask during busy periods, and strong knowledge of the real estate industry.
