Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Specialist to join our team at a boutique healthcare and probate law firm in Troy. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting petitions in probate matters, including Guardianships, Conservatorships, Decedent's Estates, and Trusts.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Hot Docs, QuickBooks, LeanLaw, Lexis, and E-filing. They will be responsible for composing correspondence, preparing files for hearings, and researching property, individuals, assets, and court history.

This is a 100% in-office temporary-to-permanent job opportunity with benefits and bonus eligibility.
