**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping team at 100 Ocean. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Serve as team lead for the Housekeeping staff, including assigning and reviewing work.
  • Oversee critical tasks such as scheduling, inspecting and approving public areas and guest rooms for cleanliness, overseeing laundry, and ensuring timely turnover of checkout rooms.
  • Provide training and guidance for Housekeeping staff on hotel Standard Operating Procedures and departmental standards.
  • Monitor and control purchasing costs and labor expenses.

**Requirements**

  • At least one to three years of related experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
