We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and growth of our leadless cardiac rhythm technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Manage Strategic Programs: Develop and manage strategic programs to educate healthcare providers on indications for our leadless CRM portfolio, with the goal of maximizing adoption.
- Provide Clinical Expertise: Provide clinical expertise to current and new customers, including presentations, data-driven analysis, and deep product knowledge.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support in accordance with the instructions for use/trial protocol, and best-practices to facilitate procedural consistency and best clinical outcomes.
- Site Performance and Education: Provide support for site performance and facilitate safe growth, while assisting in education and training activities with physicians, support staff, and Abbott personnel.
- Market Intelligence: Provide market intelligence for fine-tuning of therapy training and expansion plans, and oversee local education and training activities.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent/related experience. 3-5 years clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally with CRM products.
- Skills and Abilities: Comprehensive ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices, ability to collaborate and work with others effectively, high-level of comfort in navigating the medical environment, and proven success displaying confidence in leading & influencing customers.
