Jobot is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales of our automotive and industrial coatings products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and interact with existing customers to increase sales of our products
  • Maintain consistent relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Cultivate a team environment by utilizing and supporting staff to meet current customers' needs
  • Make sales calls on assigned accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Assist customers with technical information, color, and painting issues to provide exceptional customer service
  • Utilize tools to increase accuracy and efficiency in customer ordering and inventory management
  • Continuously develop skills through sales and leadership training to stay ahead of the competition
  • Foster a customer-centric approach by focusing on customer file organization and communication using electronic media
  • Demonstrate a high level of urgency, persistence, energy, and sales drive to inspire the team
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Collision center or dealership management experience
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in automotive coatings or related sales
  • New business development skills to work with prospects and close sales
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet weekly sales goals
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and computer literacy
