Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest care and engage customers to build trust and understand their needs.
  • Present needed services following the Monro selling process and effectively communicate all products and services offered.
  • Assist in various aspects of customer care, work order completion, and register assistance.
  • Partner with management to produce a safe and healthy work environment and maintain an organized and neat customer waiting area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Preferred one (1) year of related experience in the automotive service environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to accurately write sales work orders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
