Job OverviewPosition Summary:
  • As a Project Management Specialist within the Systems Engineering team at Cynet Systems, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects related to Discrete Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a robust skill set that aligns with the responsibilities outlined below.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various technical teams including R&D, Test Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering to establish project objectives, assess risks, and navigate technical decisions.
  • Project Planning: Work in conjunction with project sponsors and team members to outline project scope, deliverables, necessary resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
  • Analytical Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical skills to address existing business and technical challenges, collaborating with stakeholders to clearly define requirements that enable operational capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively relay program/project status, trade-offs, risks, and changes to stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Program Assessment: Develop and implement assessment protocols to evaluate and enhance program performance, ensuring adherence to organizational standards of satisfaction and quality.
  • Team Oversight: Manage multiple project teams to ensure program objectives are met, while overseeing budget and funding channels for optimal productivity.
  • Deliverable Creation: Lead the development of actionable deliverables such as project plans, decision logs, risk logs, communication strategies, and performance metrics.
  • Partnership Development: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote adoption and achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Change Management: Achieve project outcomes by employing project management, process design, and change management methodologies. Develop and implement tailored change management strategies to support individuals through transitions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Apply continuous improvement and process analysis techniques to evaluate complex processes, identify deficiencies, and design effective business processes.
  • IT Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing IT go-live projects and/or migrations.
  • Organizational Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certification: Project Management Certification is preferred.
  • Technical Experience: Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and Manufacturing Systems is advantageous.
  • Framework Knowledge: Understanding of the Intelligent Factory Framework/Smart Manufacturing is beneficial.
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Jira, VersionOne, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • Reporting Skills: Proven ability to compile progress reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Transformational Initiatives: Drive the execution of transformational initiatives across manufacturing and the enterprise, collaborating with key business stakeholders and technical experts to coordinate delivery and realize value.
