Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production associates to ensure the efficient operation of the production lines.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate excellent work habits, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot process problems and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Coordinate breaks and lunches for production associates and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production associates.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of production data, including quality control and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role, preferably in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
