- Banking Center Operations: Serve as the primary new account and consumer lender for the banking center, and assist customers with servicing their relationships, from transactions to complex service needs.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Skills: Excellent customer service and communications skills, including oral and written skills; previous banking experience a plus
- Personality: Outgoing and enthusiastic personality, ability to handle money comfortably, accuracy and attention to detail, proven sales skills and desire to meet sales goals
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of window-based programs and computer keyboard, strong communication skills
