Responsibilities
  • Station Setup and Maintenance: Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and organized in a clean and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, butcher meat, and prepare sauces to support the culinary team.
  • Cooking and Collaboration: Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Respond promptly to executive or sous chef instructions, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean up your station and manage leftover food, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume and fine dining restaurants, preferred but not required.
  • Culinary Education: Culinary diploma or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Strong team-orientated and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills.
