Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement inclusive programs and initiatives
  • Lead the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion metrics and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive leaders, business partners, and employees to drive cultural transformation
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • 5-7+ years of experience leading and developing teams, as well as broad-scale organizational diversity and inclusion workforce strategies
  • 5+ years of experience regularly interfacing and communicating with executive business leaders
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, including excellent listening skills and communication skills
  • Experience using diversity and inclusion data or HR data to craft compelling strategies to inspire change and drive improvements
Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, organizational psychology, HR management, or equivalent experience

Industry certifications, such as HCI Strategic DEI, HCI Strategic HR Business Partner, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PHR, PMI Agile Certification, e-Cornell, PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our salary range for a Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion position is $180,000 - $288,000, depending on experience and qualifications

In addition to a competitive salary, this position is eligible for 401(k), an annual bonus potential, new hire and annual equity grant

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident insurance

We also offer parental leave, family services benefits, backup dependent care, flexible spending accounts, telemedicine, pet adoption reimbursement, employee assistance program, and many discounts

Salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval, and receive six paid holidays per year
