Director of Inclusion and Belonging

As a Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, you'll play a critical role in driving our mission forward by developing and implementing strategies that foster a culture of inclusion and belonging.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies that align with our business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Lead the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion metrics and analytics to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with executive leaders, business partners, and employees to drive inclusion and equity initiatives
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees on diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
- 10+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
- 5-7+ years of experience leading, developing, and managing a team and broad-scale organizational DEI workforce strategies
- 5+ years of experience regularly interfacing and communicating with executive business leaders
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role with excellent listening skills and communication skills
- Experience using DEI data or HR data to craft compelling strategies to inspire change and drive improvements
Bachelor's degree in business, OD, Org Psychology, HR Management, or equivalent experience. Industry certifications, such as HCI Strategic DEI, HCI Strategic HR Business Partner, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PHR, PMI Agile Certification, e-Cornell, PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP, etc.
Compensation and Benefits:Our salary range for a Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion position is $180,000 - $288,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition to a competitive salary, this position is eligible for 401(k), an annual bonus potential, new hire and annual equity grant. We offer different types of insurance, such as medical/Rx, vision, dental, life, disability, hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident. We also offer parental leave, family services benefits, backup dependent care, flexible spending accounts, telemedicine, pet adoption reimbursement, employee assistance program, and many discounts, including 10% off pet insurance and 20% off at Chewy.com. Salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
