As the Community Outreach and Marketing Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of marketing, advertising, and community outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in marketing, exceptional communication abilities, and a knack for presenting to diverse audiences. Familiarity with social media management, merchandising, and community engagement is advantageous.

In this position, you will report directly to the Resident District Manager and work closely with the Chartwells K12 communications teams. Your key responsibilities will encompass crafting innovative marketing strategies, producing captivating marketing materials, and executing outreach programs that resonate with the community. Additionally, you will analyze marketing activities, track outcomes, and compile detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all marketing, advertising, and promotional efforts
  • Conduct customer research and assess market conditions
  • Design and implement marketing plans and projects
  • Enhance marketing platforms to meet organizational objectives
  • Oversee the productivity and progress of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and report on marketing activities and their outcomes
  • Deliver marketing initiatives within budgetary limits
  • Provide insights on return on investment and key performance indicators
  • Create marketing presentations to align with business goals
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies
  • Produce marketing materials for clients, including social media content

Additional Duties:

  • Create training modules for frontline staff in merchandising and marketing
  • Evaluate and refine marketing strategies for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on marketing strategies for new menu offerings
  • Execute community outreach programs to raise awareness
  • Organize nutrition education events and workshops
  • Implement social media strategies to promote healthy eating habits
  • Assess the effectiveness of community engagement efforts
  • Execute marketing programs in collaboration with operators
  • Train operators in the implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Customize marketing materials and coordinate with communications teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to present effectively to large groups
  • Knowledge of merchandising and promotional strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred
