Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone communications and relay messages.
  • Maintain moderately complex records and filing systems.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and various documents.
  • Operate office equipment for daily operations.
  • Oversee software databases related to food service activities.
  • Ensure adherence to food service regulations and inventory management.
  • Generate daily meal delivery tickets.
Required Qualifications

Essential Criteria

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative procedures and clerical tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in varied environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and implement strategies effectively.
  • Proficient in computer operations and relevant software applications.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

Physical Requirements

This role primarily involves desk work but also requires physical activities such as lifting, carrying, climbing, walking, occasional standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, and operating machinery.
