As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support for both PC and Mac systems, ensuring seamless network operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide desktop support for PC and Mac systems, including basic data transfer, profile personalization, and imaging.
  • Deliver software and hardware support for day-to-day operational troubleshooting across PC and Mac platforms.
  • Support network and server infrastructure, including WAN and LAN setups, and advanced firewall and switch configurations.
  • Set up and manage Exchange environments, including Exchange user migrations, and device/email client setup for tablets, mobile phones, and computers.
  • Manage domain migrations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.
  • Configure VLANs on firewalls and switches to ensure VLAN segregation and proper network segmentation.
  • Set up IPSec tunnels between firewalls to secure connectivity between different locations.
  • Provide Exchange support, including expertise in Exchange 2007/2010 and migration projects.
  • Administer MS Windows Server environments, including Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for a wide range of IT issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in desktop support for PC and Mac platforms.
  • Strong understanding of network and server systems, including WAN, LAN, VLANs, and IPSec tunnels.
  • Hands-on experience with firewall and switch setups, including advanced configurations.
  • Extensive Exchange support experience, including Exchange 2007/2010 migrations and device setup.
  • Administration experience with MS Windows Server 2003/2008/2012.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
