Position Overview

The Pool Server plays an essential role in our service team, warmly welcoming guests to the pool area and delivering exceptional Food & Beverage service. Responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the poolside spaces while providing amenities to guests.
  • Greet guests with a genuine smile, making eye contact and engaging them warmly.
  • Familiarize first-time visitors with our facilities and services.
  • Deliver Food & Beverage service to guests lounging in cabanas and around the pool.
  • Present menus with detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining cleanliness in the pool areas.
  • Act as a communication link between guests, management, service staff, and the kitchen.
  • Exhibit professionalism and attentiveness throughout the guest experience.
  • Complete side work and provide poolside amenities.
  • Contribute to safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality or foodservice industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine, preferably with experience in luxury hospitality settings.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol.
  • Possess a polished professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and local certifications, such as food handler or alcohol training certifications, relevant to the role.
