Role Summary
As a Room Attendant, you will play an essential role in ensuring our hotel maintains its high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Our Room Attendants are fundamental to the guest experience, working diligently to keep guest rooms immaculate.
The Housekeeping Room Attendant is a key position that contributes to creating unforgettable memories for our guests. You will report directly to the Housekeeping Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
2. Ensure all amenities are replenished and rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
3. Collaborate with team members to uphold the hotel's standards of excellence.
4. Address guest requests and concerns with professionalism and care.
5. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move moderate weights as needed.
