Position Overview

The Pool Service Attendant plays a crucial role in the hospitality team, ensuring guests receive a warm and inviting experience upon entering the pool area. This position involves delivering comprehensive Food & Beverage services to patrons enjoying the poolside environment.
  • Greet guests warmly, using their names when known, with a genuine smile and engaging demeanor.
  • Familiarize first-time visitors with the amenities and services available.
  • Provide Food & Beverage service to guests lounging in cabanas and around the pool.
  • Present menus with insightful descriptions of food and drink options.
  • Accurately take and input food and beverage orders into the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining cleanliness in the pool area.
  • Act as a communication link between guests, management, service staff, and the kitchen.
  • Exhibit professionalism and attentiveness throughout the guest experience.
  • Perform side duties and offer poolside amenities.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality or foodservice sector.
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine, preferably with experience in luxury hospitality settings.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Exemplary professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and local certifications, such as food handler or alcohol service training, relevant to the role.
