Job Overview

MaxHealth is seeking a dedicated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role involves managing patient check-in and check-out processes, collecting co-payments, scheduling appointments, answering phone inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Location: Miami- Sunset Drive

To qualify for this role, candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous experience in a medical office setting, particularly with EMR systems, is preferred. Familiarity with eClinicalworks is an advantage.

Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour.


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break).

ROLE OF A FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

As a Front Office Coordinator, you play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and attentive patient care. You will be responsible for warmly welcoming patients, scheduling their appointments, assisting with necessary documentation, and ensuring confidentiality in all interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Word, Outlook, and relevant facility management systems; EMR/EHR experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is beneficial.
