Las responsabilidades del puesto incluyen, pero no se limitan a:

  • Dirigir y trabajar con un equipo para identificar todos los riesgos del proyecto y desarrollar estrategias de mitigación.
  • Preparar presupuestos, ofertas, contratos, solicitudes de financiamiento y planes de comunicación.
  • Gestionar, supervisar y programar la ejecución de proyectos.
  • Monitorear la productividad, calidad y progreso de los proyectos.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones externas con los clientes.
  • Asegurar la seguridad del proyecto y mantenerse dentro de las restricciones de costos.
  • Apoyar y dirigir a los gerentes de proyectos y asistentes en la planificación, programación e implementación de diseños y pruebas.
  • Dirigir un equipo de proyecto compuesto por ingenieros de proyectos, diseñadores y personal de campo involucrados en el diseño de proyectos de servicios públicos y desarrollo de terrenos.
  • Negociar revisiones, cambios y adiciones a los acuerdos contractuales con subconsultores y clientes.
  • Gestionar, desarrollar y evaluar recursos dentro del equipo del proyecto.
  • Dirigir iniciativas de seguridad según sea necesario por la organización.
  • Gestionar, monitorear y mantener contratos relacionados con los proyectos.
  • Gestionar las finanzas y métricas relacionadas con los proyectos.
  • Viajar según sea necesario.

Calificaciones Requeridas

  • Título universitario en ingeniería.
  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en la industria.
  • Licencia de Ingeniería Profesional requerida.
  • Experiencia técnica relacionada con la gestión de proyectos en el derecho de paso público en nuestra industria.
  • Experiencia técnica relacionada con la gestión de proyectos de desarrollo de sitios.
  • Experiencia previa en ingeniería, diseño o gestión de construcción.
  • Experiencia con diseño de drenaje y nivelación de terrenos.
  • Experiencia con diseño de infraestructura y carreteras.
  • Dominio de AutoCAD/Civil 3D y/o software de diseño Bentley.
  • Experiencia en la obtención de aprobaciones de autoridades jurisdiccionales.

Habilidades Preferidas

  • Capacidad para adherirse a estrictas regulaciones de seguridad.
  • Capacidad para implementar y mantener políticas.
  • Fuerte habilidad en redacción técnica.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo plazos ajustados.
  • Dominio de productos de MS Office.
