Job Title: Senior Geologist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Geologist to lead our environmental investigation and remediation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical leadership, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects, including scheduling, coordination, and resource allocation to meet client and organizational needs.
Ensure task schedules, budgets, and client invoicing are performed in accordance with Company standards and client requirements.
Coordinate and provide quality control for data collection and review of project results.
Interpret data, develop, and finalize reports for project principals' review.
Assist with proposal preparation, cost estimates, and marketing activities.
Participate in staff mentoring and training to grow as a consultant and leader of the firm.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
Minimum of 10 years of environmental consulting experience.
Professional certification as applicable (P.G.) or 10 years of experience working with a licensed professional.
Proficient in senior-level interpretation work, including remedial cost estimates and conceptual site models.
Demonstrated project management skills, advanced data evaluation, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interact with clients and regulatory agencies.

Work Environment:
This position occasionally works in the field, predominantly in an office environment. Field activities require the ability to drive to project sites and physically move around outdoors in various terrains and weather conditions. Office work is primarily stationary/sedentary using a computer and keyboard/mouse.
