- Change Order Requests: Prepare and issue pricing for change order requests, ensuring transparency and fairness.
- Site Visits: Visit job sites to build relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth project execution and resolving any issues promptly.
- Design Review: Analyze design drawing revisions to identify and address scope changes, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Construction Coordination: Assist in coordinating construction drawings, modeling, and submittal reviews, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Field Issue Resolution: Work with onsite subcontractors to identify and resolve field issues, minimizing delays and disruptions.
- Fabrication Shop Experience: Gain hands-on experience with the fabrication flow and production processes, deepening your understanding of the entire construction lifecycle.
