About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Reverse Logistics team at Amazon. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business insights and supporting our Operations team's ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve conflicts that balance client and company needs.
  • Develop processes to effectively maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders.
  • Drive business outcomes in a delivery-focused environment and determine the right processes to make the team successful.
  • Utilize technical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive projects with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop the vision and strategy for customer experience on our platforms.
  • Support the scalable growth of the company by developing and enabling the success of the Operations leadership team.
  • Act as a role model for Amazon Leadership Principles inside and outside the organization.
  • Implement and distribute best practices across the operation.
  • Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools, and making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience with Excel, including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
