Job Summary: The Equipment Asset Coordinator is a newly established role that presents a remarkable opportunity within our Corporate Office. This position involves managing our advanced Asset Management Software, Tenna. The ideal candidate will possess project management capabilities or experience in equipment tracking, along with strong analytical and processing skills. A collaborative spirit and excellent communication abilities are essential, and experience in a construction-related field is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Asset Management Software, Tenna.
  • Monitor equipment status, location, alerts, geofencing, and maintenance schedules.
  • Track the installation status of Tenna devices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive equipment records.
  • Generate and distribute essential reports.
  • Assist in the approval of Tenna invoices and contracts.
  • Monitor and report on Work Orders and Daily Inspections.
  • Communicate effectively to validate and follow up on data.
  • Act as a liaison between Operations, Mechanics, Accounting, and Tenna.
  • Be available to work until 5 PM and occasionally outside standard business hours.
  • Be open to performing tasks beyond the typical scope of this job description.

Position Requirements:

  • Consent to a pre-employment work screen and drug test.
  • Proficiency in PC applications, particularly Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
