Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the maintenance crew to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues and optimize production processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Provide training and development opportunities to maintenance crew members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on maintenance activities, including downtime, maintenance schedules, and equipment performance.
Requirements:
