Job Summary

US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a skilled Chain Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our chain assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chain Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of chains to ensure they meet established specifications.
  • Chain Assembly: Assemble chains according to specifications, including barcoding and preparing them for shipment.
  • Pin Sorting: Inspect and sort pins to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Stringer Operations: Feed plates to bowl feeders, load and unload strings from stringing machines, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Magnetic/Optical Sorting: Load and unload parts into magnetic and optical sorting machines, troubleshoot minor errors, and maintain equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Safety and Quality Focus: Strong commitment to safety and quality, with a focus on meeting or exceeding established standards.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to read and comprehend technical instructions.
