Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operational activities to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Monitor workflow and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests and homeowners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure rental properties are in excellent condition for guest and owner arrivals by conducting regular inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of units.
  • Resolve guest and owner issues through effective communication, research, and timely follow-up.
  • Supervise and lead operational staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members.
  • Set performance goals and objectives for staff, providing guidance and support to achieve the goals.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.
  • Participate in daily office activities to ensure the smooth operation of the company and satisfaction of our guests.
  • Analyze current operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with the Director of Operations to implement and maintain best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Develop and execute plans to streamline operations and reduce waste.
  • Assist the Director of Operations in the management of operational budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience in the vacation rental industry in an operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within the field.
