The successful candidate will thrive as both a data analyst and a specialist in interpreting intricate data sets to reveal trends in voter behavior and participation. A solid understanding of the electoral process is essential, as this position involves leveraging data to assist TPA's field teams in refining their strategies and targeting specific regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage and enhance customer relationship management processes using HUBSPOT software.
  • Analyze intricate data sets, uncover voting behavior patterns, and extract valuable insights to guide decision-making.
  • Lead the CRM build-out, integration, and migration from previous platforms; hands-on experience with HubSpot and Go High Level is essential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the integration of the CRM with other applications and platforms.
  • Promptly address technical CRM issues, including customization requests.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of CRM data through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff and develop technical training materials for users.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to manage competing demands from the field program.
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills and promote excellent communication practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM management, ideally within a political or campaign environment.
  • Proficient in HUBSPOT CRM software, with a comprehensive understanding of its functionalities.
  • Experience in leading CRM build-out and integration projects.
  • Flexibility in resolving technical CRM issues and addressing customization requests.
  • Up-to-date knowledge in social media, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and Go High Level.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration, capable of handling multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines.
  • Adept at interpreting data patterns and identifying trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and outstanding communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of party politics and a comprehensive understanding of political landscapes.
  • Experience in campaign data analytics and CRM management.
  • A degree in data science, computer science, or a related field.
