Job Title: Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to guest requests, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Motivate, coach, and discipline team members to meet hotel standards.
  • Front Office Operations: Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and database management systems.
  • Hotel Experience: Maximize room revenue, analyze variances, and maintain accurate billing.
Requirements:
  • Education: At least 2 years of higher education (beyond high school or G.E.D.).
  • Experience: 3 years' experience in customer service, hotel, administrative, human resources, legal, educational, training, financial, or business-related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, mathematical, statistical, social, and organizational skills.
