The successful candidate will be responsible for performing abrasive blasting operations, paint preparation work, and applying USACE Vinyl and Industrial Coatings via Spray Application, Brush Application, & Roller Application.

Responsibilities:

* Abrasive blasting operations
* Paint preparation work
* Application of USACE Vinyl and Industrial Coatings via Spray Application, Brush Application, & Roller Application
* Abrasive / debris recovery operations
* Mobilizing, setting up for abrasive blasting, painting and recovery operations
* Prepping the gates for painting operations, including, but not limited to, protection or removal of components not to be painted
* Installation, maintenance and removal of containment structure
* Installation, maintenance and removal of ambient condition control components and equipment
* Installation of scaffolding to be used for painting operations / containment / ambient condition control
* Personnel performing duties to support surface preparation, painting and debris removal operations
* The operation and maintenance of all equipment used for surface preparation, painting, debris removal and support operations.

Requirements:

* Must be able to work in a team environment
* Has proficiency or will develop proficiency in Construction Safety including but not limited to OSHA 1926 & 1910 and EM
* Has the ability to adapt to changes quickly
* Strong communication skills
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Experience spraying conventional and airless
* Abrasive Blasting Experience
* Experience using fall protection
* AMPP/SSPC Certifications are a plus, i.e., C7, C12, C14, CAS
* Ability to obtain badging for access to military installations a plus, although not required
* Flexibility in working hours, and ability and willingness to work extended hours
* Able to work at heights
