We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Lorven Technologies. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing data entry, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. About the Role

This is a full-time position with a 37.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 7am and 5pm. You will have the opportunity to work on-site and contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter provider enrollment information with 100% accuracy and within 3 business days.
- Communicate professionally with clients to request additional information and follow up on those requests until task is complete.
- Make supervisor aware of any questions you have about data entry before entering the data and respond to customer inquiries.
- Perform filing, document storage preparation, and other administrative duties. Assist Dedicated Funds staff with special projects.
- Analyze medical malpractice filings to verify information is complete and accurate; enter information in database with 100% accuracy and within 10 business days of receipt.

Requirements

- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer procedures, familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to draft email correspondence using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Ability to attend to detail and maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
