About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our Public Health Initiatives team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our leadership team, with a focus on maternal and child health programs. Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Maternal & Child Health and the Workforce Director with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
