Job DescriptionThe Administrative Services Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative support functions for a specified unit. This includes gathering and reporting statistics to support unit performance measures, identifying and resolving problems and issues, and providing direction, coordination, training, and support for the unit.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also provide systems administration and/or technical support for unit-specific duties and perform other duties as assigned.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and six (6) years of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
They should also have analytical and interpretive skills, strong organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
A competitive salary is available for this position, estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
