Job Description

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a seasoned Change Management Director to lead our organization through periods of transition and transformation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding our divisions and business lines through change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption to our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to drive business outcomes and ensure stakeholder readiness
  • Lead the development of business and customer impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and communication plans
  • Manage the delivery of business change management activities across projects and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation strategies
  • Liaise with support functions such as HR and corporate communications to support overall project initiatives
  • Oversee the definition of training needs and delivery plans for various initiatives and lead the initiative involving company training
  • Identify and develop risk mitigation and resolution recommendations related to the delivery of the change program
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of experience leading organizational change readiness efforts with an expert-level understanding of methodologies
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes and ensuring stakeholder readiness
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to promote a positive culture and ensure an environment of collaboration, inclusivity, and respect
