Job Summary

Our commercial sales team is dedicated to developing and marketing innovative solutions that drive value for our customers. We're seeking recent graduates to join our Commercial Development Program, where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and implement our selling process, strategies, and tools to win new business
  • Build relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Work with customers to develop new applications and solutions
  • Develop and execute sales growth plans and budgets
  • Foster relationships and navigate the internal business environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
