Position Summary:

As a Roofing Field Manager, you will collaborate closely with our partner roofing teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the roofing process. Your role will involve knowledge of roofing installation techniques, performing minor repairs, maintaining tools and vehicles, attending daily briefings, and effectively communicating our company's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee 1 to 2 job sites daily.
  • Engage with homeowners and team members effectively.
  • Accurately assess job requirements and place material orders.
  • Document the installation process with photographs.
  • Ensure maintenance of company vehicles and tools.
  • Participate in regular morning meetings to align on daily goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction or roofing is essential.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in computer usage.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to perform minor repairs and assist in roofing installations.
