The Four Seasons Atlanta offers a variety of delectable pastry options for our guests and community. Our Pastry department, led by Executive Pastry Chef Erica Lee, serves multiple outlets including Bar Margot, Park 75, Banquets, and In Room Dining. BASIC PURPOSE:

Prepare a variety of sweet items, including pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates, and decorative pieces according to guest orders and banquet event requirements, while ensuring adherence to production standards and maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
What will your day entail?
  • Prepare food items in accordance with guest orders and established recipes.
  • Express your creativity by presenting your own dishes and contributing ideas for new menu items.
  • Begin preparation of food items ahead of time, ensuring not to exceed estimated needs.
  • Operate, maintain, and thoroughly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryers, broilers, stoves, steamers, food processors, mixers, slicers, ovens, steam tables, tilt kettles, waffle irons, doughnut machines, and flat top grills.
  • Label all food containers and rotate stock according to policy, ensuring compliance with health department regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong team player.
  • Prior experience in pastry culinary or a related field.
  • Proficient in knife skills for chopping, dicing, julienning, and mincing.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with team members, guests, and hotel staff.
  • Able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
