A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BAKING SPECIALIST

Each day begins with the excitement of working in a dynamic culinary setting. As a Baking Specialist, you will oversee the daily operations of our pastry section. Your passion for creating delightful baked items, pastries, and wedding cakes will shine through in your work. During events, you will manage the preparation and presentation of pastries, ensuring they are served to the satisfaction of our members and guests. You take pride in the quality of every item produced, ensuring it meets your high standards for taste and presentation. The joy of crafting visually appealing and delicious treats is what makes this role fulfilling.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should be pursuing or have completed a culinary education, preferably with a focus on pastry. A solid understanding of sanitation practices is essential (ServSafe Food Handler certification is a plus). Candidates must be physically capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Basic math skills are also required.
