Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Train and mentor front-end associates on customer service principles and loyalty program promotion
  • Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for front-end associates
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with management and associates, prioritizing tasks and providing progress updates
  • Participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs, promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and customer service principles
  • Capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
  • Able to train others and provide feedback
