We are in search of a Sales Account Manager to oversee the West Industrial and Environmental Territory within our Analytical Instruments division. This position is pivotal in cultivating robust relationships with clients, broadening our customer network, generating new sales leads, and providing support to end users across the Western United States. The successful candidate will engage in client visits, present our innovative solutions, participate in regional conferences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and strive to meet sales objectives while driving business growth.

This role is remote but requires travel within the Western Territory, encompassing the West Region - CA, ID, NV, OR, WA, AZ, MT, WY, NM, UT, AK, Canada - BC, AL, NW Territory & Yukon. Candidates must reside near a major airport in the Western United States.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of proven success in capital equipment sales

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of industrial wastewater treatment systems, municipal water systems, and ultra-high purity water treatment systems

Working Conditions:

  • Travel within the Western Territory - West Region - CA, ID, NV, OR, WA, AZ, MT, WY, NM, UT, AK, Canada - BC, AL, NW Territory & Yukon (minimum of 50% travel required)
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and passport
  • Successful completion of a background check for Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
