About the Job
As an Insurance Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for forging enduring customer relationships and proactively following up to ensure continued satisfaction. You will employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to guide clients through comprehensive insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication skills across all channels – written, verbal, and attentive listening. A people-centric mindset with a keen eye for detail is also essential, as well as proactive problem-solving abilities to ensure swift resolutions for customer inquiries. Proficiency in learning and navigating computer functions efficiently is a must, and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a dynamic team environment is highly valued. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
