Insurance Business Development Associate

We are looking for a talented and customer-centric Evan State Farm Agent Team Member to join our team at Evan State Farm - Four Points -. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, developing strong relationships with customers, and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Job Description OverviewThis role includes conducting insurance and financial reviews with customers, identifying their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions. You will also help originate business, conduct onboarding appointments with new customers, and increase product penetration through multi-line opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct insurance and financial reviews with customers to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business and increase revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, feedback, and next steps.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and underwriting, to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products and services, including Auto, Home, Life, and Health insurance.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies to drive business growth.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Benefits and Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $62,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
