Global Network Recruiting is partnering with a leading manufacturer of custom electronics components to find an experienced DIRECTOR SALES professional. This role offers a unique chance to drive business growth, expand into new industries, and develop a sales team.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, and inside sales teams to understand customer requirements, negotiate quotes, and manage sales cycles.
  • Create a vision for business expansion into new industries, identify potential products, and lead the sales team in pursuing these opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales strategy development and execution.
  • Customer relationship management and new business acquisition.
  • Team leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Business travel (30-40% of time) to attend tradeshows, customer sites, and other industry events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development for critical electronics components.
  • Able to travel frequently (30-40% of time).
  • US citizenship required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • An attractive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.
