- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of our products and services, and the ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
