Job Summary

The Senior Account Executive, Sourcing is a key role within TAG, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing print procurement processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and deliver high-quality customer service
  • Procure print services from suppliers, negotiating pricing and ensuring timely delivery
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the print industry, including the latest technologies and trends
  • Collaborate with the central procurement team to select suppliers and manage benchmark information
  • Process orders efficiently and effectively, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
  • Manage budgets and achieve targets, with a focus on commercial acumen and numeracy
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers, with a focus on building trust and loyalty
  • Provide technical input and advice on print projects, including advising on economic formats and cost-effective solutions
  • Project manage campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of Key Performance Indicators
  • Train and support colleagues in the use of procurement tools and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar print procurement or print management environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of the print industry, including the latest technologies and trends
