  • Price and Promotion Strategy Optimization: Analyze historical promotional performance and market conditions to evaluate promotional effectiveness. Work alongside commercial teams to refine pricing and promotional strategies through data-driven approaches, including pricing tests and elasticity analyses.
  • Performance Monitoring: Manage dashboards and reporting systems to track the effectiveness of revenue growth management initiatives and key performance indicators, including trade and pricing metrics, sales trends, and profitability assessments. Identify areas for process enhancement and revenue optimization.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with various departments, including Sales, Category Management, Supply Chain, and Finance, to gather insights, align strategies, and propel revenue growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in revenue growth management or a related role within the consumer packaged goods industry, with a deep understanding of relevant methodologies, strategies, tools, and data sources.
