We are seeking an experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Program Director to lead our revenue cycle management processes. This role will involve implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure seamless financial operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including corporate finance, IT, and healthcare providers, to drive performance improvements and achieve financial goals.

Responsibilities

The Epic Revenue Cycle Program Director will be responsible for:

  • Leading and overseeing revenue cycle management processes
  • Implementing, maintaining, and optimizing Epic EHR systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements
  • Providing leadership and guidance to a team of Epic revenue cycle analysts
Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on Epic EHR
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes
  • Proven experience leading successful Epic EHR implementations and optimizations for large health systems
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Epic certifications in Hospital Billing and Professional Billing

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in healthcare administration or business
  • PMP Certification

Prime Healthcare Management, Inc. offers a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $125,632.00 to $188,448.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
